You and We - here together in spirit.
One Temple for all - for all, One God.
Manifold worlds dwell in the Abode of the Almighty,
And the Holy Spirit soars throughout.
The Renovation of the World will come -
the prophecies will be fulfilled.
People will arise and build a New Temple. (Nicholas Roerich)

John of Kronstadt

Christ's kingdom is not of this world, and the world cannot bear it. We constantly rebel, try to make life easier, try to be half-Christian, try to make the best of both worlds. We must ultimately choose - our felicity lies in one world or the other, not in both.
